Delicious build your own malatang spot! It's located in a busy plaza, especially on weekend nights and the parking spots are kinda narrow. It's a sit-down spot so the way can be kinda long for that too. I got the dry pot and it is $14.99 per lb. The cashier recommended level 5 medium spice, saying most people don't really get higher. It was manageable, but if you're a spice freak like me, I'd go a bit spicier. There's also chili powder at the sauce station if you need more heat and it's pretty numbing. Also, they give you rice with the dry pot, which not a lot of places do and it's good to soak up the flavor of the dry pot.

Love hot pot but watching your weight? - this is the place where you can control your portion sizes. I love hot pot but try not to do AYCE anymore. There is a lot of choices - you can be vegetarian, pescatarian or maybe even doing keto and you can find something to eat here. The bone soup is very good - my husband said it taste clean and he is right - it doesn't have any funky taste . There is also a lot of choices on your dipping sauces so you can mix and match to your delight. Norman - the cashier and served our food came to our table and asked if we enjoyed our food - very friendly. Overall great place to eat and very affordable . It's $13.99 a lb and my bowl came to about $12 . Place is very clean including the restrooms.

The service is amazing! The guy who assisted us in ordering and bringing us the food was so cheery and kind. There was a small wait, with lots of younger people visiting. Probably from seeing the same tiktok I saw! But they definitely deserve the foot traffic! The food was just as great. I love the opportunity to choose how much food we get, and pick a soup! I think my bowl was around 14$ and it was so filling, I still had left over ramen. Similar to boiling points and pot on fire except you get the customize the goodies that gets cooked in your hot pot. They also have complimentary fortune cookies and guava candy by the sauce bar! Delicious and will definitely be visiting again!

Self serve malatang/hot pot. I went on a sunday around 1pm and there was no line. The servers were all helpful and nice. You just grab the ingredients you want and put it all in a bowl then they cook it for you. I wish they had more meat options here though. There are 3 types of broth you can chose and i chose the classic bone broth which was full of flavors and herbs. Honestly, the broth is so flavorful that i didnt really even need any sauces. This bowl was $19 before taxes so not that bad, considering i got a decent amount of meat vs if i went to boiling point. I'd definitely be back

When you walk in the place is well lit very bright and smells amazing. I love that this place is open late - it's downstairs from Spark Karaoke so you can karaoke then get some grub! You enter and you get a bowl like you would at a Mongolian BBQ place. Then you pick anything your heart desires from meats, seafood, tofu, noodles, veggies. Once you're done choosing your items you can then choose which broth or if you want it dry and choose the spice level! You'll then get rung up and you can make your dipping sauce while you wait. If you've been reading my reviews you'll know that I have a high spice tolerance. I chose the spiciest level and it was a really good kick! Flavor was 8/10 (points off for a little too much peppercorn) spice was 8/10. I felt the peppercorn numbness made the spice a bit more mild, but I was able to add Thai chilis in. Try out this dipping sauce recipe: sesame oil, sesame seeds, Thai chilis, eel/oyster sauce, soy sauce, bean curd paste, cilantro The food came out hot and ready! Service was quick.

This has become a very easy favorite of my boyfriend and mine! We decided to try this place on a whim one day and we now come back once a week! One of my biggest complaints about hot pot is that if you want to order something it comes with large, overwhelming portions so I sometimes neglect some items (especially my vegetables lol). Here you grab exactly what you want! I love that theres so much variety in the ingredients so you don't have to be shy trying something new! You start by being assigned a table, where you then place your drink order. After that you're welcome to grab a bowl, tongs, and grab whatever you want from the bar. You then take it to the front to be weighed and thats it! You sit at your table and wait for it to come out! You also pay at the end after your meal! I always order the tomato broth, which is the best tasting one, in my opinion. The tom yum and the classic bone broth are all super tasty as well! I haven't tried the dry one yet, but it looks delicious too. I highly recommend coming here! the priced are fair, the food is good, and you get the luxury of eating hot pot without having to do any of the work!

Grab ur own food! This is like mongolian bbq in food court, but instead of Mongolian, its a chinese noodle. Varieties of noodles, some seafood and vegees. You can choose how you want it to be cooked (soup based, and spice- level). You can also choose a pan fried one, that comes with free one steam rice. Friendly service. Not so much impressed with the ambiance. Its just tables and chairs, no tv, no music.
